Join us for a Sicilian aperitivo night at ProLoco in Trastevere on Tuesday April 2, 2019. Three of the most important ingredients in Sicilian cooking are sun, sea, and soil. Chef Linda Sarris, our Casa Mia experience manager from Palermo will put out a spread while we toast with natural wines to kick off our series of Sicilian food experiences in Rome.
